On November 25, 2025, we officially began a new chapter in our history. Mastermedia and Spi\u017carnia joined forces, and from today we operate as Maspo and Maspo Food, forming the Maspo Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are combining two teams, two histories, and two enormous potentials. Together, we want to better meet the growing needs of suppliers, customers, and consumers in Europe and around the world. This integration gives us real strength \u2013 a larger scale of operations, a broader product range, more efficient logistics, and the ability to deliver thousands of products in a single delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our companies have been headquartered in Lublin for years and specialize in exporting food products to Poles living abroad. Together, we have several thousand products, from meat and dairy to sweets, as well as chemical and cosmetic products. We reach not only Western Europe but also Scandinavia, the USA, Canada, and Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the Maspo Group, we have modern warehouse centers in Lublin, \u015awidnik, and Pozna\u0144, as well as logistics centers in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Germany. We serve approximately 2,000 customers and are developing two franchise networks \u2013 Food Plus and &market \u2013 with hundreds of stores across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The merger of our organizations offers us a tremendous opportunity for further, dynamic growth. We are ready to operate more effectively, faster, and on an even larger scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
