Within this Privacy Policy, we present the most important information concerning the processing of personal data by us pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).
Maspo Food Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Maspo Food”) processes personal data for various purposes. Detailed information in this regard can be found below.
This Policy may be amended periodically. The amendments are intended to reflect changes in personal data processing practices. a. performance of a contract with the customer or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at the customer’s request, expressed in any form (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
b. in the case of employees, collaborators and representatives of the customer designated to perform the contract – to enable the performance of the contract concluded with the customer, which constitutes the legitimate interest of Maspo Food (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
c. fulfilment of obligations arising from legal provisions, in particular accounting and tax regulations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
d. purposes indicated in the content of consents to the processing of personal data – if such consents were given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
e. conducting marketing activities, which constitutes the legitimate interest of Maspo Food (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
f. establishment, pursuit and defence of claims, which constitutes the legitimate interests of Maspo Food (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). - [DATA RETENTION PERIOD]
Personal data will be processed for the following periods:
a. where the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – until the expiry of limitation periods for claims arising from the contract with the customer;
b. where the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – until an effective objection is raised;
c. where the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – until consent is withdrawn;

a. During conferences organised by Maspo Food, photographs of participants will be taken. Each person participating in the event gives implied, voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data in the form of image.
b. The image will be disseminated by Maspo Food for promotional purposes related to Maspo Food’s business activities.
c. Consent to dissemination of the image covers all forms of distribution, in particular by publication on:- www.spizarnia.co.uk

d. The image may be used in various forms of electronic image processing, cropping and composition, without the obligation to approve the final product, provided that it is not used in an offensive or generally unethical manner. The image may be combined with images of other event participants and with any content related to Maspo Food’s business activities.
e. The consent is not limited territorially or temporally.
f. The event participant waives any financial claims that may arise in connection with the publication of their image in the above-mentioned materials.
