Spiżarnia Sp. z o.o. and Mastermedia Sp. z o.o. are launching an initiative to support Lublin’s sports scene. Both companies have decided to launch a marketing project called maspo. The project’s logo can already be seen on the jerseys of Motor Lublin’s players.
“Lublin is emerging as the sports capital of Poland. The successes of speedway riders, volleyball players, and basketball players are attracting the attention of fans from across the country. This joint project with Spiżarnia is another step towards supporting local teams – this time with the hope of Motor Lublin’s football successes. Our involvement in sports to date has brought us much satisfaction, so the decision to launch this initiative was a natural fit for us,” says Grzegorz Cioczek, Vice President of the Management Board of Mastermedia Sp. z o.o.
“Our commitment to supporting the local community goes beyond purely business. We sponsored the Motor Lublin team in their historic promotion to the Ekstraklasa, and our logo was visible on the players’ jerseys. Spiżarnia and Mastermedia are among the largest companies specializing in the wholesale distribution of food abroad. Both companies are headquartered in Lublin. They also share many years of experience in delivering groceries to Poles living abroad. Each company offers several thousand products, including meat and cold cuts, dairy products, dry goods, sweets, and chemical and cosmetic products. They supply these products to markets in Western Europe, Scandinavia, the USA, and Australia.
Both companies are actively involved in the local community and sports. Spiżarnia was the main sponsor of Motor Lublin, supporting the club on its path to a historic promotion to the Ekstraklasa. It is also a strategic sponsor of the Motor Lublin Football Academy.
Since the 2023 season, Mastermedia has been the main sponsor of the Orlen Oil Motor Lublin speedway team and its top riders, including world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik. It has also supported Lublin-based Aleksandra Mirosław, a gold medalist at the Paris Olympics.
The presence of the maspo logo on the uniforms of one of the most popular football teams in southeastern Poland symbolizes the promotion of shared values, such as determination, passion, and consistency. These traits are essential for achieving success in both business and sport.
